What is Client-Centered Consulting?
We feel that smaller clients who are not ready to pay a large monthly retainer still deserve to have Managed IT and Security services delivered with the same excellence, professionalism and dedication as the larger peers in their industry enjoy – we call this Client-Centered Consulting (CCC).
Client-Centered Consulting means we meet clients where they are. Many clients who come to us have been rejected by traditional Managed IT Services providers because they’re too small. We endeavor to offer our clients the benefits of proactive Managed IT & Cyber Security services, but with retainers commensurate with their size and scope.
What is Managed IT?
We’ve come to learn that when our clients hear, and think, “Managed”, they mean get it off my plate and manage it for me.
We do this through proactive monitoring, management and remediation of issues before they become a business impacting risk. We monitor and respond to alerts, patch and update software and devices, and continuously manage existing technical, physical and administrative controls to prevent disruption and loss.
